Shipping Policies
SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via best means possible at Lokar’s discretion. Shipping charges are based on dimensional weight and destination. Orders outside the contiguous 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii must be prepaid or placed on Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card. No C.O.D. orders will be accepted.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special order requests (items that are not a stock item) may take an extended time for delivery. Call for specific information concerning special orders. Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
DAMAGE CLAIMS: Merchandise shipped via UPS or FedEx must be kept in the original shipping carton for UPS or FedEx inspection. There is a UPS or FedEx depot near you. If your shipment is damaged, call UPS or FedEx for inspection and they will assist you in filing a claim. After a claim has been filed, notify us and we will reship your order.
RETURNS: Call our tech department for a Returned Goods Authorization number. All items must be accompanied by the RGA number, a copy of the original purchase invoice, along with instructions on how you would like the return handled and why you are returning the parts. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be made within 30 days of our receipt of a return. Please provide your name, shipping address, and telephone number. Articles must not be damaged, used, disfigured, or modified in any way. Returns must be shipped pre-paid and C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. On merchandise returned after a 15-day period, we reserve the right to deduct a 15% restocking charge from the refund. No refunds after 30 days. No refunds on special orders. For purchases made from a Lokar distributor, return those items directly to the distributor for handling.
